
张伟,1989年出生,食品质量与安全专业教师,副教授,硕士生导师。近年来,以第一作者在Food Hydrocolloids,Food Packaging and Shelf Life 和Industrial Crops and Products 等国际期刊发表SCI论文4篇;参与国家自然科学基金项目1项,江苏省大宗鱼类体系项目1项;获国家发明专利1项。
