主讲人:王锐 主讲人工作单位:南方科技大学,电子与电气工程系 时间:2020年11月26日19:00-21:00 地点:腾讯会议 主讲人简介:王锐, 南方科技大学电子与电气工程系博导、研究员,通信专业负责人,深圳市孔雀计划(B类)获得者。王锐博士于2004年获中国科学技术大学计算机科学与技术系学士学位,2009年获得香港科技大学电子与计算机工程系博士学位,2009年到2012年间在华为-香港科技大学联合创新实验室担任高级研究工程师从事5G和下一代WiFi标准的预研,2012年加入南方科技大学。王锐博士目前担任IEEE深圳通信与信号处理分会(Chapter)的副主席,IEEE Wireless Communication Letter,Journal of Communication and Information Networks等学术期刊编辑。王锐博士曾获IEEE ICC 2020最佳论文奖,IEEE Transactions on Communications最佳审稿人(2019,2017)。 讲座主要内容:This talk presents a novel design framework to improve the performance of mmWave communication systems with motion sensors of mobile devices. With quasi-static scattering clusters in mmWave channel and phased arrays at the transceivers, it is shown by experiments that the motion sensors at rotating mobile devices can help to maintain the beam alignment with the BS without overhead in air interface. Based on this sensing-based beam alignment scheme, we propose a downlink optimization method where the future channels can be predicted and jointly considered in the transmission scheduling of the current frame. Particularly, we develop a novel low-complexity solution algorithm to solve the resource allocation problem, which is a dynamic programming with a random stage number. |
