Student Organizations and Student Government

In Putian University, there are a great variety of cultural activities which meet students’ needs and interests. On the basis of learning from each other, mutual support and making full use of the resources, students are encouraged to participate in these activities and show both their cultural and artistic talent. All together contribute to a vibrant and harmonious atmosphere on Putian campus.

The Student Union of Putian University, consisting of 13 departments, is a student organization under the leadership of the University Party committee and the guidance of the Youth League Committee. It represents and protects the rights of all the students of the university. From the very beginning of its establishment, the Student Union disciplined by the core concept of service, management, elite and honor, has been doing its endeavor to enrich the campus culture, promote the construction of west coast and cultivate high-quality talents.
